Project goal
The purpose of this project was to present a concept of a complete revision for the Google Play web store, incorporating the latest Google branding while aimed to increase customer conversion rate and streamline the overall product and services presentation.
Through the UX planning, prototyping, design I was mindful of the Google’s HEART framework for measuring user experience. There are five metrics used in the HEART framework: Happiness, Engagement, Adoption, Retention & Task Success.
